List of characters:
Paul Jackson: 30-40, American newspaperman, charmingly macho.
Wheezy: 21-30, sidekick to Jackson with multiple movie personas (impersonates Walter Brennan and Jimmy Stewart well).
Dee Campbell: 22-35, a spinster librarian (but a smoldering vamp when she lets down her hair.)
Margie Stratman: 40-60, vibrant, much divorced, worldly woman.
Carolyn Campbell: 18-20, sweet, pretty, starry-eyed young girl.
Benji Campbell: 12-15, bright, clever, adventurous, with a dramatic bent
Comrade Bolshoi: 45-65, An ever hopeful cynic, Chief of Soviet Secret Police
Max Hammond/Ensemble: 25-40, debonair British double agent with both a past and a future.
Elwood Smith/Ensemble: 25-35, a stock spy nerd from the newly formed CIA.
Janina/ensemble: 20-30, a sultry girl who belly dances, sings and whatever to earn a franc.
Sidney/Ensemble: 35-55, the head gambler (Sydney Greenstreet).
Alfonse/Pierre/ensemble: 25-35, the short gambler with the accent (Peter Lorre).
Jules/Ensemble: 25-35, the tough-guy gambler (Sheldon Leonard)
Mimi/Natasha 20-30, sexy, shapely, waitress/Soviet spy
4 Dancing Ensemble
Any special requirements (monologue, etc.):
Song, cold reading, comic monologue (optional), and, if possible, prepare a voice imitation of a famous classic movie star.
Dancers may elect not to do an audition song.
